Att det heter just s\u00f6mnregression \u00e4r f\u00f6r att s\u00f6mnen, helt pl\u00f6tsligt kan b\u00f6rja skifta. Det \u00e4r vanligt att det upplevs som att s\u00f6mnen som annars har f\u00e5tt en rutin ist\u00e4llet g\u00e5r bak\u00e5t och att ens bebis nu kan beh\u00f6va mer st\u00f6d i sin s\u00f6mn. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att s\u00f6mnen f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras beror oftast p\u00e5 att bebisen g\u00e5r igenom en fysisk eller kognitiv utveckling. Men en s\u00f6mnregression kan ocks\u00e5 uppst\u00e5 om barnet inte m\u00e5r bra, k\u00e4nner sig obekv\u00e4mt eller om det sker stora f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar i milj\u00f6n d\u00e4r det sover. Nedan listar vi n\u00e5gra vanliga faktorer som kan bidra till att en s\u00f6mnregression uppst\u00e5r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tillv\u00e4xtspurt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ont i t\u00e4nderna, nya t\u00e4nder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00e5ller p\u00e5 att l\u00e4ra sig att rulla, st\u00e5, krypa eller g\u00e5.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00e4r sig att prata eller utveckla sitt spr\u00e5k.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B\u00f6rjat p\u00e5 f\u00f6rskola eller att f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrarna\/f\u00f6r\u00e4ldern g\u00e5r tillbaka till jobbet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Separations\u00e5ngest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar i rutinen f\u00f6r tupplurar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00e4ngtar och vill vara sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndig.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vanliga \u00e5ldrar d\u00e5 s\u00f6mnregression uppst\u00e5r <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kanske har ni h\u00f6rt om de mest vanligaste s\u00f6mnregrissonerna som \u00e4r vid 4, 8 och 18 m\u00e5nader? Men faktum \u00e4r att det inte g\u00e5r att s\u00e4ga exakt n\u00e4r en s\u00f6mnregression kommer att ske. Alla \u00e4r olika och vissa kan d\u00e4rf\u00f6r hamna i en regression antingen tidigare eller senare \u00e4n vad snittet \u00e4r. Men vi t\u00e4nkte h\u00e4r g\u00e5 igenom de mest vanligaste och se om ni k\u00e4nner igen er.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4 m\u00e5nader:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Vid fyra m\u00e5nader \u00e4r det mycket som sker hos en bebis kognitiva utveckling. De blir med sj\u00e4lvmedvetna och kanske har ni m\u00e4rkt en st\u00f6rre utveckling med en vilja att socialisera sig mer? Innan fyra m\u00e5nader kan \u00e4ven f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar uppt\u00e4cka att de kan sova l\u00e4ngre perioder p\u00e5 n\u00e4tterna. Detta eftersom vid tre till fyra m\u00e5nader s\u00e5 b\u00f6rjar bebisar etablera s\u00f6mncyklar, vilka kan beskrivas som olika faser som sker n\u00e4r vi sover. Det har d\u00e4rf\u00f6r upplevt som en besvikelse n\u00e4r fyra m\u00e5naders s\u00f6mnregression sker eftersom f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrarna d\u00e5 har vant sig att sova l\u00e4ngre och upplevs som att man \u00e4r tillbaka i de tidiga m\u00e5naderna, n\u00e4r bebisen inte kan skilja p\u00e5 dag och natt. Oftast tyder det ju p\u00e5 att er bebis g\u00f6r en utveckling, allt fr\u00e5n att socialisera sig till att v\u00e4xa eller kanske f\u00e5 sin f\u00f6rsta tand?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8 m\u00e5nader:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>I denna regression sker b\u00e5de kognitiva och fysisk utveckling. En del bebisar b\u00f6rjar nu att ta sig fram\u00e5t p\u00e5 olika vis, det kan vara att krypa, \u00e5la eller hoppa fram p\u00e5 rumpan. Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 nu den sociala separations\u00e5ngesten fr\u00e5n ens f\u00f6r\u00e4lder kan ske. De sm\u00e5 liven kan d\u00e4rmed vilja ha mer st\u00f6d i sin rutin vid l\u00e4ggdags \u00e4n tidigare. Att gosa lite extra kan bidra att minska \u00e5ngesten. \u00c4ven s\u00f6mnen f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras vid den h\u00e4r m\u00e5naden och de beh\u00f6ver inte lika mycket s\u00f6mn som i sin tur g\u00f6r att antalet tupplurar minskar under dagtid samt att vakenhetsperioden mellan tupplurar \u00f6kar. Detta kan f\u00f6rst\u00f6ra dagsrytmen d\u00e5 det kan vara sv\u00e5rt att tajma antal tupplurar med vakenhetsperioderna. Oftast brukar det inneb\u00e4ra att bebisarna har st\u00f6rre risk f\u00f6r att bli \u00f6vertr\u00f6tta samt gn\u00e4lliga, vilket i sin tur bidrar till att l\u00e4ggningarna brukar bli tuffare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18 m\u00e5nader:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu b\u00f6rjar de sm\u00e5 liven att bli stora och snart klassas de i \u00e5ldern som sm\u00e5barn. Det sker mycket i den kognitiva utvecklingen och barnet utvecklar sitt spr\u00e5k samt medvetenhet. Det \u00e4r h\u00e4r som de b\u00f6rjar vilja ha en egen k\u00e4nsla av sj\u00e4lvbest\u00e4mmande och det kan bli k\u00e4mpigt med l\u00e4ggdags. Kanske g\u00f6r de motst\u00e5nd och vill inte g\u00e5 f\u00f6r att l\u00e4gga sig n\u00e4r du som f\u00f6r\u00e4lder vill. Det \u00e4r \u00e4ven vid den h\u00e4r \u00e5ldern som flera barn b\u00f6rjar f\u00f6rskolan och f\u00e5r mycket intryck d\u00e4rifr\u00e5n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hur l\u00e4nge varar en s\u00f6mnregression<em>?<br><\/em><\/strong>Det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att s\u00e4ga hur l\u00e4nge en s\u00f6mnregression kan h\u00e5lla sig kvar, d\u00e5 det kan skilja fr\u00e5n bebis till bebis. Men den vanligaste tidsfristen \u00e4r 2 veckor. Det finns dock bebisar som har en s\u00f6mnregression enbart i en vecka och vissa andra har upp mot 6 veckor. Det som \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r dig som f\u00f6r\u00e4lder att veta \u00e4r att det inte g\u00e5r att f\u00f6rhindra en s\u00f6mnregression och att det \u00e4r en del av bebisens utveckling. F\u00f6ljande tecken brukar ske n\u00e4r bebisen har en s\u00f6mnregression:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sv\u00e5rt f\u00f6r att somna vid l\u00e4ggdags.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frekventa vakningar under natten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pl\u00f6tsligt inte vill ta sina tupplurar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c4r mer irriterad och kl\u00e4ngig \u00e4n tidigare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-8cf370e7 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p><strong><em>Ut\u00f6ver dessa tecken finns det flera vanliga orsaker till att bebisar vaknar p\u00e5 natten:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Hunger och tillv\u00e4xtspurter<\/em><\/strong><br><br><em>Bebisar har sm\u00e5 magar och h\u00f6ga energibehov \u2014 s\u00e4rskilt under tillv\u00e4xtperioder vaknar m\u00e5nga f\u00f6r att de beh\u00f6ver mer n\u00e4ring. Om de inte f\u00e5r tillr\u00e4ckligt med kaloriintag under dagen kan nattvakna bli mer frekventa \u2014 m\u00e5nga s\u00f6mnexperter menar att nattmatning ibland fungerar mer som tr\u00f6st \u00e4n som faktiskt behov. Efter 6 m\u00e5naders \u00e5lder kan en bebis klara av en hel natt utan mat, utifr\u00e5n att bebisen f\u00e5r tillr\u00e4ckligt med mat under dagen. Det \u00e4r fortfarande vanligt att f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar ger barn vid 6 m\u00e5nader mat under natten.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Tandsprickning eller fysiska obehag<\/em><\/strong><br><br><em>Andra st\u00f6rningsmoment som kan v\u00e4cka en bebis kan vara nya t\u00e4nder, magproblem eller andra sjukdomar och obehag. Det kan vara tillr\u00e4ckligt f\u00f6r att v\u00e4cka den n\u00e4r den passerar mellan s\u00f6mnstadier. N\u00e4r en bebis har sovit d\u00e5ligt kan det vara bra att ta en extra titt i munnen f\u00f6r att se om det finns nya t\u00e4nder eller om hen har feber eller liknande. Tandsprickning brukar bland annat g\u00e5 \u00f6ver efter tre dagar.<\/em><br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Separations\u00e5ngest och behov av trygghet<\/em><\/strong><br><br><em>N\u00e4r bebisar utvecklar f\u00f6rst\u00e5elsen att v\u00e5rdgivaren existerar \u00e4ven n\u00e4r den inte syns (objektpermanens) kan separations\u00e5ngest uppst\u00e5 \u2014 ofta runt 6 till 12 m\u00e5nader. Detta kan leda till fler nattliga uppvak, sv\u00e5righeter att somna om och gr\u00e5t n\u00e4r f\u00f6r\u00e4ldern l\u00e4mnar rummet vid l\u00e4ggning.<br>I praktiken kan det visa sig genom att barnet ofta ropar efter f\u00f6r\u00e4ldern, inte vill vara kvar i s\u00e4ngen utan st\u00f6d, eller blir oroligt n\u00e4r f\u00f6r\u00e4ldern l\u00e4mnar rummet. Samtidigt \u00e4r det bra att undvika att skapa nya s\u00f6mnassociationer som vaggning eller matning till s\u00f6mns, eftersom dessa l\u00e4tt kan bli vanor som barnet sedan kr\u00e4ver vid varje l\u00e4ggning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skapa en konsekvent kv\u00e4llsrutin<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>En f\u00f6ruts\u00e4gbar rutin signalerar till barnet att det \u00e4r dags att sova. Att hoppa \u00f6ver vila kan g\u00f6ra barnet \u00f6vertr\u00f6tt, vilket ofta f\u00f6rsv\u00e5rar insomningen p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vikten av t\u00e5lamod och flexibilitet<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f6mnregressioner \u00e4r \u00f6verg\u00e5ende faser.
